Schedule:
We‘ll meet at @7shotscoffee and start our warm-up around 10:30am - please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. 

We’ll run around 6km at a relaxed pace of 6:00 to 6:45 min/km.

Afterwards, feel free to stay for coffee and cake in a relaxed atmosphere ☕️🍰
